Silk'n Warrantees and Return Policies
60 Day Money Back Guarantee
The Silk'n Store Canada provides our customers with a “60 day money back guarantee” for a Silk'n’ or SensEpil™ device (“Device”) purchased from The Silk'n Store Canada. If you are not completely satisfied with your Device you may return your Device and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling). In order to receive the full refund, within sixty (60) days from the date of purchase you must return the Device and must provide proof of the purchase by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the Device. This guarantee expires sixty (60) days from the date you purchased your Device. This warranty does not cover used extra cartridges purchased with your Silk'n or SensEpil.
To ensure that your Device arrives safely and undamaged, please pack the Device in the original packaging and remember to include all accessories or parts and pieces in order to receive the full refund. You will need to comply with any additional The Silk'n Store instructions regarding packaging, shipping and handling. It is suggested that you insure your shipment because damage during shipment to The Silk'n Store is not covered by this guarantee. You may also want to ship the Device using a tracked method so that you can ensure that we receive the Device.
Third-Party Purchases
If you have purchased your Silk'n™ or Silk’n SensEpil™ through a source other than The Silk'n Store Canada, you must coordinate the return with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors only offer a 30 day return policy and some none at all. Please make sure to review the source's return policy before making your purchase decision.

Refused and/or Cancelled Orders
Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n or Silk'n SensEpil™ at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Home Skinovations or The Silk'n Store Canada plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.
Our procedure is to process orders on the day the order is placed, in order to get customers their order as soon as possible. Should you decide to cancel your order, you must do so immediately, prior to shipment. We will do our best to cancel the order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee that we can cancel an order once it is placed. To do this you must contact us @ Customer.Service@TheSilknStore.ca or 1-888-851-4169.
You are responsible for any shipping charges incurred if your order ships as well as a 20% cancellation fee.

Return Procedure
If you purchased your Silk'n™ or Silk’n SensEpil™ from The Silk'n Store Canada and you would like to return it within the 60 day period, contact our Customer Service Department at 1-888-851-4169 to arrange your return. If you purchased your Silk’n SensEpil™ from anywhere other than The Silk'n Store, you must contact them for their return policy.
The return of your product must be authorized prior to return. A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.
In order to avoid damage in shipment, please make sure that your Silk’n is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best).
To receive a full credit, please clean your Silk’n™ before returning it. Units returned in damaged condition may receive only partial credit at the discretion of The Silk'n Store Canada.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be inspected and for accounting to issue your credit.

1 Year Manufacturer's Guarantee
Home Skinovations guarantees your Silk'n for 1 year from the purchase date against manufacturer's defects and failures under normal usage. If you encounter any problems during the first year, simply contact The Silk'n Store Canada to make arrangements for repair or replacement.
